DaycareWorth sells two separate products. Each is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription:
Both products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and each is purchased and refunded separately. Refunding one product does not refund the other and does not affect access to it. If you bought both, you may request a refund for either one, or for both individually.
For each product, the 30-day period begins at the timestamp of your successful PayPal payment capture for that product.
DaycareWorth Complete ($79): request a full refund directly from your account dashboard by navigating to Settings → Purchase & Guarantee and selecting Request Refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.
The Home Daycare Profit Playbook ($29): the Playbook does not require a DaycareWorth account, so refunds are handled by email. Contact support@daycareworth.com within 30 calendar days of purchase, from or quoting the email address used at checkout, and include your PayPal order reference if you have it. You do not need to give a reason.
Full refunds are issued directly to your original payment method via PayPal.
After a DaycareWorth Complete refund is processed, paid access to DaycareWorth software features will end. Your DaycareWorth user account and saved daycare configuration records will remain securely stored so you may repurchase anytime in the future.
After a Playbook refund is processed, the download link for that purchase stops working. Any DaycareWorth software access you hold is unaffected.
